Please describe the issue. If you're reporting a problem, please don't just say that you "can't" do something. "Can't" can mean a lot of different things. Instead, describe the exact issue you experience. If you're getting an error message, please mention that. If it helps, you may also take a screenshot of the issue, upload it to an image hosting site (example: imgur), and include the link to the image here.
