Fantastic. I love maps that incorporate terrain, especially rivers. <BR><BR>You may want to assign bonus to each of the historical kingdoms, invasions, etc. Right now they are all at 1, which seems like something of a placeholder. Alternatively, I would love to see scenarios for more than 2 players/teams, especially historical scenarios.

UPDATE - I could see the following scenarios:

- Barbarian migrations during the decline of (Western) Rome

- Umayyad expansion from North Africa

- Emergence of Aragon

- Perhaps a hypothetical scenario in which Spain officially entered WWII on the Axis side and was confronted by the British at Gibraltar, an as yet unconquered France and a neutral but apprehensive Portugal

Historical bonuses are set at 1 considering them an extra feature. If someone wants to play on a historic scenario can turn present superbonuses off and set diferent values on the period he wants to play.

About 2 players scenarios, one with the 1200AD kingdoms would be nice, I can incorporate it on future updates. Any other suggestion on this kind of scenarios?

The level of adaptability in this map is astounding and at the same time very intimidating and time consuming to actually set up a game using it. As Nathan already suggested I believe that changing some of the placeholder values for the historical bonuses to "suggested values" might help alleviate some of the problem (or at least setting them all to zero).

I really like the way that the mountains and rivers create more "realistic" scenarios, even though I didn't actually notice them until I realized they were preventing me from moving between certain territories.

Isabella de Castilla also happens to be my favourite female historical figure so I really like the Medieval Kingdoms bonus. I think it would be pretty cool to set up a distribution option(s) where each player starts with one of the historical bonuses as it would also open up the map to more than just 1v1.

Punic War distribution unplayable. I know we're not supposed to rate the settings, but any variation of the punic wars distribution makes the North win, unless you change default bonuses.

Very good map.
I may would have changed the mountains in Andalucia (not just a ccrossing in Jaen), and the bonuses in Bilbao and Donosti are exagerated, besides the cities of Madrid and Lisabon, as capital cities, should deserve that bonus.
Anyway it is a fantastic map.

This is a very interesting map with chokepoints and interesting characteristics. The Map looks jagged and messy. Otherwise, the map itself is remarkable. 4 Stars because if you focus, the map isn't at all a bad map but the Artist added their own personal touch and this gives the Map somewhat of a Personality.
