The design isnt beautiful but the map works very well.

Simple grafics but interesting challenge.
Tried it out with the Warlord distribution mode and 5 AIs.
All bonuses need 2 turns from the start to be achieved.
That's ballanced considering the starting positions tha in my opinion.
I'll only argue that the 3 Bottom starts get it more easily, not having to confront from the start like Upper Center and Upper Right and do not risk to get some territories "stolen" from others that come there first like Upper Center and Upper Left.
That said, I'd suggest to give 1 army per the Upper bonuses.
