Description |
Fourth map in the Battle Islands series!
A big map, good for large FFA's and Team games. There are many good small bonuses to start from. Control the choke points and try to complete the big Territory bonuses for extra income.
Play the different distribution modes such as: Zongo-Yuanqi Alliance vs Xiho-Keplar Alliance The Northern Territories vs the Southern Territories and more
"Warzones" is set as the default distribution, where you can start from some of the best bonuses available. Works also well with random distrubution.
total bonus value: 226
v1.1: updated bonus values, improved graphics, added new territories for better balance.

I like it but I would like to see bonuses for the major multi-bonus sections. Small, but present.

Awfully sensitive to initial conditions. Some locations provide substantial advantage to players positioned in them... the three territory, two point locations can provide a quick early boost to anyone who happens to start in/next to one.

Because the starting distributions are uneven, territory-wise it makes it difficult to give everyone what they're supposed to have in team games. The only way, I assume, would be via a custom scenario. I'd like it if each of the starting areas had the same territory amount so that the game could be made quicker and easier.
I'm going to hold off on rating untill i've had a proper game on it however.
