I see: those are the territories in the south-eastern corner of the Slovenske Gorice. I'll repair them, so that the connection is in the next public version. Thanks for reporting the connection.
Update: version 1.1, in which the connection is repaired, is now public.

This is extremely unbalanced. The northeast has a huge advantage, especially in the invasion scenario.
