Hi guys,

I have an idea for a new competition. The Tour de Warlight.
The idea is (obviously :p) based on the Tour de France.

How does this new competition work?

The players that participate will be divided in groups of six. In these groups I`ll try to get
-2 top/very good players
-2 above adverage/ good players
-2 players who are not as good as the players mentioned above.

When I say 2 top players I just mean 2 of the best players that will join. (so if only bad people join, the best of them will become the top players)

When the groups are divided the tournie starts.
The tournie exists of 6 normal stages and 2 speed-runs.

The normal stages are like this:

The stages are divided in different groups: easy, normal and hard (like in the Tour, wich has, flat, hilly and mountain stages)
Hard means that the 2 top players will be the challengers
Medium goes for the good players
and easy goes for the players who are less good.

An example: When a hard stage is coming up it will go as following:
the players are A,B,C,D,E and F (A and B are the top players)

You`ll have:
A: C, E
B: D, F

In other words, of every level one will fight the challengers. Because there are 6 normal stages every level will be played twice.
So for the hard level, the second time playing will look like:
A: D, F
B: C, E

In the tour de France your time of all challenges is combined and made to one final time. So here we do the same, but then with the turns. Your amount of turns taken will be noted and in the end it become clear who can beat the most players in the least turns.

If you lose your match against the player of the current level then the game will count as 30 turns.

In the two speed runs the Players of the same level play eachother. The loser gets 20 turns extra and the winner the amount of turns it took to win (unless that amount is higher than 15, then it will stay 15)

The maps will be different trough the stage. The speedruns will be played on the same map, but we can discuss wich map that is here.

I know in french it would the Le, but they also say The Tour de France in english and not Le Tour de France.

As much as i like to join i can see people dragging out their defeats just to ruin the winners score.

That is accually what the purpose is, not surrender, but play till you die. It is a smart strategy.
