Deploy 1 from Brazil to Colombia

Analysis of options:

A: Break Scan. CA isn't Odin's core bonus, so if we lose SA but fail to break Scan, we lose.

B: Assuming we get first order, we are able to hold SA even if Odin hits one border with everything. Moving to Mursmansk gives us a double border and the valuable +5 card.

C: Assuming Odin puts everything in Scan.

B is easily predictable but is the best option if it works. I don't see how he has CA. Seeing the progression of events the only scenario he has CA is if he didn't take Scand.

A is just bad. All-in on Scand may work but he can fend off 11 and attack Colombia with a 5 if he has a leftover in Norway and gets first order. Could just do a 4v2 first order with minimal risk. He doesn't have CA so no reason to play defensively there. 4v3 also has pretty decent chances of working.

C could win a CA territory but also lose SA. :/

I would do A, but with small change:

+1 to Colombia, +8 to Moscow. It prevents from worst case scenario:

Odin does +3 to Panama, +5 to Finland, and transfer 1 leftover there witch gives him 7 armies
and 59% to break it with 11 vs 95% to break Colombia with 5

From the other hand, adding +1 to Colombia gives him only exchange bonus options, or risk being double bordered or steam rolled with our higher income. So I think that is more safe for us.

Odin might fold Scand and take CA (only 1 territory missing) and break SA the same turn
