I like this idea. but I can see it getting out of hand in some games, as some are hard to keep track of all the cards already.

If this was to be implemented, I'd suggest it give a new interface to the cards in the create-game wizard. Instead of having the check-boxes for each card, there could be a drop-down for what type of card you want, "add card" buttons to make more, and a pop-up for each one added to control its settings. (if you can't envision what I'm talking about, it would be somewhat similar to a "attachments" window for emails)

Wouldn't it be much more clear to use a nice big capital A and B? That makes it easier to add a third one. Also, I think it will be more distinctive, especially to new members; having to pay attention to a square or circle is not very obvious, a big letter immediately makes it clear there's something special going on.

This might also be nice for Reinforcement Cards; getting small ones every three or four turns, but also saving up for a big one which is much more rare.

Nice idea. I'm just worried it will make the settings a little messy; both when creating a game (in the screen where you choose what cards to use) and when showing the settings (the window that pops up when you click "Settings" in-game or "Show Settings" on the open games tab... Or do you have a nice idea for that as well? ;)

I'm not sure if you'll ever need to use it again, but if you put four spaces at the beginning of each line (and use empty lines before and after it), then a paragraph is printed in a fixed-width font. Is this the drawing you intended? :)

for the in-game settings menu, the cards could have a pop-up instead of being listed how they are.

I like this idea alot. You could also differentiate the cards with shades of colours. It'd work with the reinfocement card atleast.

I'm not colourblind, so I can't tell you the details; all I know is you have to be pretty careful with that. Before you know it you accidentally choose two colours which look exactly the same to some people. :(

No, just leave it up there. Whenever you're chatting with someone in-game and it seems like they're kinda hinting at something like this, give them the link. Same applies when you see a forum thread with a (near-)duplicate of your idea. Over time it'll gather more votes.
