The server that updates the ladders is indeed on the fritz right now. I'm working at fixing it. Once it's fixed, the ladders will update normally. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Sorry for the delay. It's been troublesome -- I deployed a fix yesterday that I hoped would fix it, but it didn't work.
Just now I deployed another fix, and I think it'll work this time. It's trying to update now, so we'll know in about 30-60 minutes.
