How should I view this spreadsheet on Google sheets? Because the spreadsheet only presents itself on a web browser, which is very difficult to read and takes forever to load on my devices.

Unfortunately its just the html you can view due to the way google has set up some things.

To make it easier to find what your looking for, use the search feature build into your browser to quickly go to the data associated with the level you are interested in.

If your device cant load it, you probably have a slow connection, but there is little we can do about that.

Right now probably the only way to do that, is to copy the data and reorganize it in a way, that would suit you. :(

Due to various factors (mainly, the established pipeline to consolidate the data) I chose that "endless published html table" view as a way of distributing the data.

I know that there might be issues with it (my 5y old ipad is capable of running Pokemon Unite and WZIB without lags, but fails to render the page properly due to how Safari rendering works) and I myself think that the presentation of data may be greatly improved, but lack the skills and/or effort to do that now.

I am very sorry, if current state of the table makes it completely unusable for some of the idle players.

I reviewed the sheet but I can't seem to find the location of army camps. Is it not documented or is there a different search term I need to use?

Army camps are not documented, because:
1) army camps locations barely matter when using the market strat
2) I guess, army camps characteristics barely matter when using any strat
3) if I need the locations of army camps (for any reason), I personally find the muli's maps way more convenient for that

Not really. Anything more detailed than that would be a description of where to look for it. Territory name & bonus name is adequate info for you to load up the same map in Single Player, hit Y, do a territory search to locate it if you can't find by name yourself.
