Global Chat Room

In addition to the ability to chat in each multi-player game, WarLight also has a global chat room. This is useful for organizing games with people online right now, asking questions about the game, or just general socializing.



Frequently Asked Questions

  • The web based client is fine, but can I connect to the chat room with my own IRC client?

    Yes! Simply connect to irc.mibbit.com and join the channel #WarLight.

  • I want to play a game with someone I met in the chat room. How can I do this?

    When creating a game, click to the Search tab and search for their name. If you can't find them, ask the other player link you to their profile page. Then you can click "Add this player to my Invite List." Once they are on your invite list, you will be able to find them under the Invite List tab.
  • When I try to join, it displays "Erroneous Nickname"

    Your player name probably contains some characters that aren't supported by the IRC channel. You don't need to change your WarLight name, instead just type in a different name when joining the chat room.
